Elmer's 9 months old!

Our big boy is 9 months old! We saw our pediatrician last week, so here are the latest stats:
Height: 29.5 inches (90th percentile)
Weight: 18 lbs 1 oz (16th percentile)

This month we've graduated from our infant car seat to a serious new chariot:




Elmer LOVES to walk holding onto our hands. If he had his way, he would do that ALL THE TIME!

Unfortunately, Mama and Father are mean, horrible people and make him try to figure out how to move around on his own. He creeps all around the house now and I think he'll be crawling within a few weeks. Hopefully, he'll forgive us for this atrocity.


We are all just loving October in Phoenix! Elmer enjoys being outside, has tasted squash and pumpkin, and is looking forward to dressing up for Halloween (okay, maybe that's just me).




This past weekend, we ate dinner together at the picnic table every night. I think we all enjoyed it very much and look forward to lots more family meals, indoors and out!
